Erica has over 20 years of experience working in an office environment. Her experience includes data processing, management, accounting, and administration.
She is a valued member of the Connect family. She aids in maintaining current office databases, data files, and agent information. Erica’s primary responsibility is locating and processing carrier commissions, paying agents’ statements as well as acclimating new agents into our system. Erica also has her Texas P&C license.
