Naomi Jones, as our Director of First Impressions brings a wealth of experience in customer service, sales and administration, For 10 years she honed her skills as a barista and manager. She excelled in training coworkers, and serving as a closing manager responsible for delegating work and ensuring smooth operations.

Most recently, Naomi worked as an administrative professional for three years at Colorado Sprinkler where she handled various tasks including answering calls, assisting customers, scheduling jobs, managing collections, and utilizing QuickBooks. In her role at Connect Insurance, Naomi is responsible for directing phone traffic, processing downloads, and managing mail and daily and weekly projects in accounting and licensing, as she has demonstrated her versatility and commitment to efficiency. Her hobbies include drawing, painting, family bike rides, and cherishing time with her husband and children.
