Heather Bush

Heather Bush is a dedicated and loyal member of the team. As a detail-oriented individual, she excels in this administrative position for Connect. Heather assists in agent carrier appointments, agency mergers, and acquisitions and ensures both agent and agency compliance for those carriers. This often consists of compiling agent profile reports and organizing licensing files as directed and keeping them current. She has proven organizational skills and is able to prioritize carrier setup efficiently and effectively. Due to her attention to detail, Heather ensures that Connect agents are appointed with the proper carrier contracts that help equip Connect agents in being successful in their business.

She has assisted in accounting reconciliations which gives her a better understanding as to which markets fit best for each agent individually in addition to giving her inside knowledge on the inter-workings of the financial realm of the business. She maintains Hawksoft downloads which often consist of downloading files from the carriers and assigning them to the correct client in the agency management system. In addition to assisting with every aspect of the appointment process for each of our new Connect agents, she is also available to answer general questions regarding most of the Connect processes
